Account Statements Update

May statements have been issued for paper and eStatement receiving Members. We apologise for the delay and any inconvenience.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Mutual Bank has unexpectedly ended a long term relationship with our statement provider. Unfortunately we had very short notice to rectify this situation and the complexities of transitioning to a new provider resulted in delays to the production of May’s account statements.

We have been working with our new provider throughout June and are confident that they will be able to support us in meeting our service commitments to our Members once production is stabilised and regular operations are established.

Whilst we are endeavouring to have June statements available by July 12, we are aware that the end of financial year may cause some interruption to this timeline. If you require end of financial year interest details prior to receiving your June statement, this will be available via Internet Banking from July 1.
