What information must I include in my submission?

We would like to know the following:

Bullet What you intend to achieve.
Bullet A brief outline of your teaching initiative.
Bullet The personnel involved.
Bullet The proposed timeline.
Bullet All costs involved.
Bullet Methods you will use to evaluate the project.
Bullet Anything else you consider important or any special circumstances.
Bullet A brief description of your initiative (1-2 paragraphs) that you authorise the Credit Union to use in publications and advertising. Please Note: This description will not be judged as part of your submission.

Important information you need to know

Bullet Your submission should not exceed two (2) A4, typed pages.
Bullet Your submission MUST include answers to the questions in the application below.
Bullet Successful applicants may be expected to supply a detailed evaluation of their award to the Board of Directors within the next 12 months. This should not exceed two (2) A4, typed pages.
Bullet All submissions will become the property of Victoria Teachers Credit Union Limited and may be distributed and/or promoted via publications such as Slate, eSlate, website, Annual Review, newsletters to volunteer networks etc, or in a published format as the Board of Directors may deem appropriate.
Bullet Applications must be received by the Credit Union no later than 5.00pm Friday 16 May 2008.
Bullet All submissions must be submitted online.
