Where Can I Use My Card?
Your Victoria Teachers Credit Union Visa Card is accepted anywhere the Visa logo is displayed in Australia or overseas.
You can also use your card at EFTPOS terminals across Australia or to make purchases over the phone or via the internet.
Using your Visa Card Overseas
In several overseas countries Visa chip cards have been introduced.
As the introduction is recent, there may be the rare instance when an overseas merchant may be uncertain about how to process a transaction on a foreign Visa card.
Your Visa card will operate as usual (by pressing the CR button)in these countries. All the merchant has to do is swipe the card in the terminal and follow the prompts.

What Do I Do If My Card Is Lost Or Stolen?

If you lose your card overseas call +61 2 9959 7686 or contact Visa Global Assistance, click here for contact details.
Visa Global Assistance can arrange an Emergency Card within 48 hours. A fee of $150 for an Emergency Card is applicable (see fees).
