SMS Enquiries are a convenient way for you to keep track of your banking anywhere, anytime, at your fingertips.

At any time you can send an SMS to Victoria Teachers Credit Union to get an immediate response to enquiries such as:

	Balances for all savings accounts.
	Balances for all loan accounts.
	Balances for all investment accounts.
	Balance details for selected accounts.
	The last 3 transactions from a selected account.
	The last 3 credit transactions from a selected account.
	The last 3 debit transactions from a selected account.
	The list of SMS Enquiry Commands.

Once you register your mobile phone you can send an SMS from your mobile phone to 04 VTCU 1444 (04 8828 1444) to request your account balances and receive an immediate SMS message reply, directly to your mobile phone.

This service is free until 18 January 2009. After this date the service will cost you $0.25 cents for every SMS sent by Victoria Teachers Credit Union. (This is in addition to any charges by your mobile phone provider).

SMS Enquiry Commands

You can obtain information by sending one of the following commands via SMS to 04 VTCU 1444 (04 8828 1444) e.g. text BAL to receive the balances of all your accounts.

BAL	Balances of all accounts.
BAL S	Balances for all savings accounts.
BAL L	Balances for all loan accounts.
BAL I	Balances for all investment accounts.
BAL S1	Balances details from selected account.
BAL S1 S2 S3	Balances details from selected accounts - maximum 3 accounts.
T S1	Last 3 transactions from selected accounts.
T S1, S2, S3	Last 3 transactions from selected accounts.
TC S1	Last 3 CREDIT transactions from selected accounts.
TD S1	Last 3 DEBIT transactions from selected accounts.

Note there is a space between SMS command and account type, for example: BAL<SPACE>S or BAL<SPACE><ACCOUNT NUMBER>
