  • Don’t provide your PIN or Internet banking logon or password to anyone.
  • Always be careful to shield your PIN when using an ATM or EFTPOS terminal. Use a free hand to cover the key pad while you enter your PIN.

Business Banking enables 'multiple signature' transactions, which require two registered signatories for a transaction to proceed. This secure facility can be used for:

  • Paying your bills using electronic transfers or Bpay.
  • Transferring funds between your accounts or to another financial institution.

Business Banking also allows approved parties to view account balances and information without being allowed to make transactions.
