Open Your Account
To switch your banking to the Credit Union, you must first Become a Member.
Alternatively, call 1300 654 822, or visit a Member Service Centre with the
Necessary ID documents.
Setup Your Access Facilities
To register for Internet Banking and Phone Banking, call one of our friendly Member Service Consultants on
1300 654 822.
Transfer Your Salary
Complete the Salary Crediting Authority form
(contained in the Membership pack) and send it to your Business/Finance Manager or Payroll Officer.
Transfer Your Regular Payments
Ask your previous financial institution for details of all regular payments
(Direct Debits and Direct Credits) made to and from your accounts for the last 13 months.
To transfer your regular payments to your new Credit Union account, send each organisation a Direct Debit Transfer form or a Direct Credit Transfer form.
(These forms are contained in the Membership pack.)
Close Your Previous Account
Once your salary, Direct Debits and Direct Credits have been successfully transferred to your new Credit Union account, complete a Close Your Account form (contained in the Membership pack) and send it to your previous financial institution.
