To join, complete a 
School Membership Pack.
This pack includes:
- School Finance application for Membership.
- Proving Your Identity form.
You will also need to supply:
- $10 for a share (if applying for Membership and Share).
When you have filled out your forms, enclose a $10 cheque or money order for your Membership share (if applying for Membership and Share).
