Victoria Teachers Credit Union Limited will hold its 38th Annual General Meeting on Thursday 18 November 2010, at Leonda by the Yarra, 2 Wallen Road, Hawthorn. Members are requested to RSVP as detailed in the ‘AGM Advance Notice’ below below.
Directors of Victoria Teachers Credit Union Limited are elected on a three year rotational basis. Each year, as Directors complete their term of office, an election may be required. This year two Directors are retiring and each of those Directors is eligible for re-election. Please refer to the ‘AGM Advance Notice’ below for further details.
